GFA-basic Runtime Error -002
I encountered this error message on a System running a program called Markbook.
“GFA-basic Runtime Error -002″
Local and Domain Administrators were able to use the program fine but when a normal user tried to run it it would crash.
To fix this error give the Users group Full Control NTFS permissions to the c:windowstemp folder on the hard drive.

I had to create this folder “windowstemp” on the root disc to fix this error message.
